When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, postcode, the optional email address, and the description of your boiler problem. If you call us, we may keep a note of your contact details and enquiry.

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, and then delete them.
